Our client, a well-known communications agency specialising in STEM clients, are recruiting for a graduate Account Executive in their Oxford office This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful Marcomms agency in a thriving and important field The role will provide project administration support to the busy team of Account Managers and Directors and you will work directly with their clients to work on individual projects and campaigns. Working with medical and pharmaceutical organisations as well as advisory boards, clinical specialists and professional bodies this business works to help create informative, memorable, and exciting platforms for medical information. The team work across events - including conferences, conventions and seminars as well as online, web and digital programmes and publication planning. In this entry level role, you will need to have excellent administrative and organisational skills and a background in life sciences, ideally gained during an undergraduate degree or masters. An interest in marketing, creative or communications/ PR would be advantageous, but is not essential. Your strong administrative skills, basic project coordination and strong MS office package experience (such as on PowerPoint) will come in to play with this varied role Skills wise you should thrive in a busy and fast paced working environment. You will have a background in life sciences and have a keen interest in helping the sector to engage with a wide audience. Strong verbal and particularly written communication skills are essential. They offer a very generous hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the Oxford office.
