We’re EclickPro — a growth-focused digital marketing company helping retailers and service businesses scale through data-driven SEO, Google Shopping, and Paid Ads. We’re looking for a Tag Manager Specialist to help us implement, maintain, and optimise tracking systems for our clients’ websites to ensure accurate data collection across Google Ads, Analytics (GA4), Meta, and other platforms. Responsibilities: Audit and configure Google Tag Manager setups across multiple client accounts. Implement GA4 event tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing tags for Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage custom event tracking (e.g. form submissions, button clicks, scroll depth, add-to-cart events, checkout steps). Validate and debug all tag configurations using Tag Assistant and Preview mode. Create and maintain data layers in collaboration with developers. Troubleshoot tracking issues and provide concise reporting/documentation. Advise on best practices for event naming, structure, and data governance. Requirements: Proven experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. Strong understanding of eCommerce event tracking and dataLayer structure. Experience with Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag, and custom HTML tags. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience (Bonus): Experience with Looker Studio reporting and data validation. Knowledge of server-side tagging. Understanding of SEO and paid media tracking integration. Project Details: This is a one off project that we need some quick help with. Must be available for occasional UK working hours check-ins.
