We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our local coffee shop advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating targeted ads that drive foot traffic to our location. Your role will include keyword research, ad creation, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization to ensure maximum return on investment. Scope of Work Set up and manage Google Search & Maps Ads Implement Customer Match campaigns using loyalty/email lists Conduct keyword research + competitor analysis Write ad copy & extensions (location, call, sitelinks) Configure conversion tracking (calls, directions, visits) Provide bi-weekly optimizations (keywords, bids, negative lists) Deliver monthly performance reports with insights Requirements Proven experience running local campaigns (Search + Maps required, Customer Match a bonus) Strong understanding of Google Ads best practices (keyword match types, ad extensions, bid strategies) Ability to work efficiently (target ~1–2 hours/week after initial setup) Excellent communication and reporting skills
