Google Ads & SEO Specialist for Private Dental Clinic (Long-Term Role – Potential Meta Ads Management) We’re a premium private dental clinic based in the UK looking for a highly skilled Google Ads & SEO Specialist to drive patient enquiries and grow our online presence. Your primary focus will be on Google PPC campaigns and SEO optimisation — with the potential to manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) in the future if you have relevant experience. Our ideal candidate understands how to market high-value dental treatments (veneers, implants, bonding, Invisalign, etc.) in a competitive local market, balancing lead quality and return on ad spend. Responsibilities: 🦷 Google Ads / PPC Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research for high-intent dental services Write compelling ad copy that aligns with our brand and converts clicks to consultations Manage budgets efficiently and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI) Set up and optimise retargeting and remarketing campaigns Collaborate with our in-house marketing team on landing page performance 🌐 SEO Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implement best practices Optimise Google Business Profile and local SEO presence (map pack rankings, citations, reviews) Identify and target location-based search terms (e.g., “same-day implants Birmingham”) Create or improve SEO-optimised content (treatment pages, blogs, FAQs) Track and report rankings, traffic, and leads from organic channels 📱 (Optional) Meta Ads If experienced, you’ll later support with Facebook and Instagram Ads to complement the Google strategy Help create cross-platform retargeting campaigns to convert warm leads into bookings Requirements: ✅ Proven experience managing Google Ads and SEO for dental, healthcare, or other local service businesses ✅ Fluent in English — strong copywriting and reporting skills ✅ Skilled with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and keyword tools ✅ Solid understanding of conversion tracking, lead generation funnels, and ROI optimisation ✅ Up-to-date with Google and Meta ad policies and the latest SEO trends ✅ (Bonus) Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for healthcare or high-ticket services What We Offer: Access to ad accounts, analytics data, and brand guidelines Collaboration with a creative in-house team Clear KPIs and support from our marketing director Opportunity to expand responsibilities into Meta Ads management as results are proven Long-term partnership for ongoing optimisation and scaling To Apply: Please include: A short intro about your experience with dental or healthcare marketing Results from previous campaigns (lead volume, CPL, ROI, ranking improvements, etc.) Tools and methods you use for reporting and optimisation Whether you also have Meta Ads experience Your proposed hourly or monthly rate Budget: Flexible — based on experience and performance Location: Remote (UK time zone preferred)
