Our creative team delivers high-quality landing pages and ad creatives — we now need a technical ad specialist to launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Technician who can take prepared assets (ad copy, landing pages, creatives) and: • Set up and launch campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager • Configure ad groups, targeting, extensions, and exclusions • Apply correct budgets, billing, and promo codes • Set up conversion tracking (forms, calendars, calls, CRM integrations) • Launch within 24–48 hours of receiving assets • Run quality checks to avoid errors (billing limits, geo targeting, pixel tracking) Requirements • Proven experience running campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Ads (finance/pro services experience is a plus) • Comfortable with landing page integrations (Unbounce, Calendly, Google Sheets/CRM) • Obsessed with detail — able to spot geo/budget/targeting mistakes before launch • Able to follow SOPs/checklists consistently • Available for ongoing work (2–6 campaign launches per month, with potential to scale) Nice to Have • Experience with FCA/financial services ad compliance • Knowledge of retargeting setups (Meta & Google) • Familiarity with troubleshooting disapproved ads/accounts What We Provide • All creatives, landing pages, and copy (ready to go) • SOPs and launch checklists to follow • Clear communication and rapid feedback Budget • Initial launches paid per campaign (flat rate: $75–$150 depending on complexity) • Potential for ongoing retainer as we scale ⸻ ⚡ If you’re meticulous, reliable, and fast at technical ad setup — we’d love to hear from you.
