We’re a growing digital marketing agency working with local service businesses across the UK — including trades, home improvement, and property sectors. We manage Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads for multiple clients, helping them generate high-quality inbound leads every month. We’re now looking for an experienced Google Ads & LSA Manager to join our team and take ownership of campaign management, optimisation, and reporting across several client accounts. The role: You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns for multiple local businesses. You should be confident in analysing performance data, improving conversion rates, managing budgets efficiently, and ensuring our clients get the best ROI possible. Key responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns for multiple UK-based clients. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for local service niches. Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and cost per conversion. Write or review ad copy to align with each client’s goals and local area targeting. Set up accurate conversion tracking and call tracking. Generate clear monthly performance reports for clients. Stay up to date with Google’s policies, updates, and new ad formats relevant to UK local businesses. Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Local Service Ads for UK-based local service businesses (plumbing, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, etc.). Strong understanding of local intent targeting and geo-based campaign optimisation. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and call tracking platforms is a plus.
