We are only looking for applicants who have deeper expertise in Go High Level than we do. If you cannot demonstrate advanced-level knowledge, systems thinking, and a proven history of building complete GHL backends for service businesses, do not apply. We are not hiring someone we need to teach. We are hiring someone who can own our client backend builds end-to-end, troubleshoot issues without hand-holding, and improve the systems as we grow. About the Role You will be responsible for building and maintaining the full Go High Level backend for our agency clients. This includes sub-accounts, CRM automation, AI agents, calendars, pipelines, workflows, tracking, and landing pages. You must understand the entire GHL ecosystem at a technical and operational level. We run a done-for-you acquisition system (Meta ads → workflow → AI assistant → SDR → client calendars), and you will be the person who builds the backend that makes this engine run. If you do not have real experience doing all of the below, please do not apply. You MUST Be an Expert In: Sub-Accounts & System Architecture Creating and configuring new GHL sub-accounts from scratch Importing and adapting snapshots Structuring accounts in a clean, scalable, organised way Troubleshooting account-level issues without guidance Calendar Systems (Critical Skill) Creating client calendars and round-robin setups Integrating external calendars (Google/Outlook) Configuring availability rules, buffer times, limits Setting up perfect reminder workflows (SMS + email) Ensuring zero conflicts, syncing issues, or missed appointments Automations & Workflows Building complete workflow sequences (SMS, email, webhook, AI triggers, conditional logic) Creating advanced routing logic and filters Testing and debugging workflows end-to-end Ensuring deliverability, timing accuracy, and reliability AI Agents Setting up and training GHL AI agents Understanding conversation logic, escalation rules, and booking behaviour Troubleshooting misfires or incorrect responses Integrating AI with workflows, calendars, and pipelines Follow-Up & Nurture Systems Building appointment-setting follow-up sequences Creating nurture email sequences from templates Building reactivation/recapture campaigns Structuring reminders, no-show workflows, and status-based logic Landing Pages & Funnels Building landing pages inside GHL (forms, surveys, upsells, tracking) Connecting pages to Meta ad accounts and pixels Ensuring correct event tracking (PageView/Lead/Custom events) Setting up conversion tracking and testing Integrations & Technical Setup Connecting domains, DNS, email, SMTP, and phone systems Managing tracking settings, attribution, and UTMs Troubleshooting deliverability, DNS config, form issues, and webhooks Troubleshooting & Problem Solving This role requires someone who: Can identify and fix issues without supervision Knows the system deeply enough to suggest better solutions Understands how GHL interacts with Meta Ads, calendars, and CRMs Can work quickly and accurately under deadlines If you cannot solve GHL problems independently, you are not a fit.
