We’re two dentists launching a new sugar-free functional candy brand that makes sweets healthy for your teeth, a fun, family-friendly brand called DentoCandy (instagram). We’re around 4 months away from launch and are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant / Launch Strategist to help us plan and execute a powerful pre-launch and launch campaign that builds genuine excitement and converts followers into customers. Our mission is simple: make sweets that actually protect teeth, not destroy them. We’re already in advanced product development with a UK-based R&D lab, and now we want to ensure the launch is strategic, memorable, and successful from day one. Our first product is a lollipop that has no sugar but also has good things in it that will make enamel of teeth stronger, rather than cause decay/ cavities and holes like the normal sweets do. We want to make sure every dental practices in the UK has these lollipops to give to their patients. We also want parents to love this brand and buy it for their kids from retail shops. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For: We want a seasoned marketing or brand consultant with hands-on experience in launching FMCG / CPG / food or health products. We want to You should be able to help us: 🔹 Launch Strategy & Roadmap • Create a 4-month launch plan (pre-launch → launch → post-launch). • Advise on timing, key milestones, and content themes to build anticipation. • Define the storytelling arc (how we reveal the problem → tease the solution → build up to launch). 🔹 Social Media & Content Direction • Have a look at our current social media then develop a social media content plan (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to tease the product, highlight our mission, and grow an engaged audience. • Advise what to post, when, and how to structure the narrative (education → excitement → reveal). • Guide us on potential influencer seeding, collaborations, or user-generated content ideas. 🔹 Pre-Order / Waitlist Setup • Help us design a waitlist or pre-order funnel (e.g. “Join the DentoCandy launch list” or “Reserve your first box”). • Recommend the right tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Typeform, etc.). • Outline how to collect and nurture leads until launch day (email sequences, soft teasers, etc.). 🔹 Launch Execution & PR • Advise on launch-day structure (timing, communications, press, or influencer activity). • Help identify possible partnerships or PR outlets relevant to health, parenting, or food innovation. • Offer light-touch oversight or consultation in the run-up to launch. ________________________________________ Ideal Experience: • Proven success launching consumer products (ideally food, beverage, or FMCG). • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and social-first marketing. • Experience creating or advising on pre-order campaigns or waitlist strategies. • Ability to think creatively while balancing brand strategy and commercial goals. • UK market experience preferred (not essential). ________________________________________ Deliverables: • 4-month Go-To-Market roadmap (PDF or slide deck format). • Content calendar (social media + comms rollout). • Pre-order / Waitlist funnel plan. • 2–3 consultation calls per month to adjust progress and guide our internal team. ________________________________________ About Us: We’re two UK-based dentists passionate about changing how the world sees candy.
