About

  • We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and commercially-minded Go-to-Market Operations Manager to help us turn great relationships and partner expertise into consistent opportunity generation.
  • This role is ideal for someone who’s previously worked in sales operations, business development, or marketing operations in a B2B or consulting environment, and who geeks out on using technology and automation to make those functions smarter and faster.
  • You’ll sit at the centre of our commercial activity, enabling our partners to reach the right people, with the right message, in a timely and targeted way.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Targeting & Prospecting
  • Research companies and individuals that align with our ideal client profile, such as CFOs at PE-backed businesses.
  • Build and maintain segmented lists of high-potential targets.
  • Monitor deal activity, funding announcements, and trigger events to surface new leads.
  • Outreach Coordination
  • Support the execution of email and LinkedIn outreach, creating structured, well-written, tailored messages and follow-up sequences.
  • Help partners stay on track with follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
  • Draft collateral or templates to support outreach efforts.
  • Pipeline & Process Management
  • Maintain and track outreach activity using lightweight CRM tools or trackers.
  • Report regularly on GTM activity, including who’s been contacted, what’s landed, and what’s converted.
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in the GTM process, such as delays in follow-ups or gaps in lists.
  • Commercial Enablement
  • Support the development of market-facing decks, credentials, or short email copy.
  • Keep track of success stories and useful messaging we can reuse across pitches.
  • Help coordinate or support marketing campaigns, such as LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, and dinners.
  • About You
  • 6+ years’ experience in a commercial, sales operations, business development, or marketing ops role, ideally in a B2B, consultancy, or finance-related business.
  • A true tech wizard, someone who loves automating the hell out of processes and tools to make the GTM engine run faster and smoother.
  • Hands-on experience using the latest AI tools in MarTech and SalesTech, such as for enrichment, outreach sequencing, or content generation.
  • Exceptionally organised and reliable. You enjoy managing lists, keeping processes tight, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strong written communication. You know how to write clearly and persuasively in a commercial voice.
  • Curious and proactive. You like figuring things out, spotting opportunities, and trying new approaches.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders, such as partners, while driving clarity and structure to support their activity.
  • Fluent in tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, and email automation platforms. You are always looking for the next thing to plug in and optimise.
  • Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with the CFO or finance buyer and private equity landscape.
  • Experience helping a firm stand up its go-to-market engine from scratch.
  • Exposure to pipeline reporting, campaign support, or lead nurturing.
