We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer and Automation Operator to join us as a long-term partner. Our business builds and manages scalable go-to-market systems for a growing portfolio of companies and their clients. The goal is to create data-driven, automated outreach engines that deliver predictable and repeatable revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the quiet operator in the background — the person who makes everything work. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining automated outreach and onboarding systems that run smoothly across multiple client accounts. You’ll have full access to our existing technology stack, which includes Apollo.io, Clay, Smartlead and GetSales.io, and you’ll help us continue to refine and improve it. Your day-to-day work will involve building automated email and LinkedIn workflows, managing data enrichment and segmentation through Apollo and Clay, and developing efficient onboarding processes for new clients. You’ll also connect systems through Make, Zapier or direct APIs to ensure smooth data flow, monitor deliverability and reply rates, and continuously optimise for better performance. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in reliability and precision, understands the relationship between data, messaging and automation, and has a natural ability to identify and fix issues before they become problems. You should be comfortable operating independently, documenting your processes, and improving the systems as we grow. We’re not looking for a short-term freelancer — we’re looking for a long-term partner who will grow with us.
