Working closely with colleagues across Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Market Intelligence, and regional leadership teams, you will help translate insights into action, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure that our organization is well positioned to capture value — both organically and inorganically. In this role, you will support the execution of the BU Transformers strategy and contribute to key growth initiatives, partnership opportunities, and analytical deep‑dives. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, you will lead and co‑lead project workstreams, prepare high‑impact executive material, and collaborate with a broad and globally dispersed network of stakeholders to strengthen our performance and advance our strategic objectives How you'll make an impact Drive execution of the BU Transformers strategy across business development, M&A, and partnerships with high autonomy Lead strategic and M&A workstreams (landscaping, opportunity assessments, due diligence) to support organic and inorganic growth. Prepare executive‑ready analysis and materials, distilling complex insights into clear recommendations Strengthen competitive, market, and customer intelligence in collaboration with Sales Operations and Market Intelligence Contribute to corporate market views and challenges assumptions across Regions, Segments, and Business Units Build strong cross‑functional relationships and navigate senior, global stakeholders while managing shifting priorities and data ambiguity Your background Proven capability to independently drive and deliver projects, supported by excellent financial modelling and presentation skills from past Strategy/M&A experience Strong research abilities with the tenacity and creativity to challenge perspectives and generate impactful insights High cultural sensitivity and confidence leading workstreams across globally dispersed, multicultural, and often senior stakeholder groups.
