JOB DESCRIPTION Build and lead a performance marketing team: Develop and manage team of digital marketing specialists (e.g., CRM Campaign Manager, Search Manager). Begin with one direct report, with scope to expand the team as the channel grows. Digital strategy ownership: Design and execute holistic digital performance marketing strategy for Dyson B2B. Drive qualified pipeline, leads, and revenue across Airblade, Professional Hair Care, and consumer tech in business sectors. Cutting-edge digital applications: Drive development and optimisation of B2B digital tools, including AI-driven agents for lead conversion, self-serve ordering carts and other applications that support seamless client interactions and improved conversion. Campaign excellence: Plan and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, programmatic, account-based marketing) to achieve sales goals. Marketing-sales alignment: Ensure all digital efforts are connected to real sales opportunities. Collaborate with regional B2B teams to convert digital demand into tangible pipeline growth. Vertical targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to maximise impact for key B2B sectors—Hospitality, Salons, Workplaces, Education, F&B. Channel performance: Manage and improve Dyson B2B’s digital channels including website, landing pages, CRM, analytics platforms and digital commerce interfaces. Analytics and optimisation: Monitor, analyse and report on all campaign KPIs—lead quality, CPA, conversion, ROI. Use actionable insights for continuous improvement. Messaging and positioning: Partner with product and content teams to build compelling, results-oriented messaging across all digital formats, optimised for B2B. Cross-functional leadership: Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, digital) to shape integrated, market-driven campaigns and solutions. Relentless innovation: Champion experimentation and new technologies. Foster a culture of testing, learning, and agility—always looking for new ways to deliver value. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or related field; minimum 10 years’ B2B digital marketing experience. Demonstrated success building, managing, and growing digital marketing teams—starting small and scaling over time. Strong expertise running end-to-end digital performance campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Hands-on experience with CRM, search, programmatic, and digital commerce platforms. Direct experience with building or integrating digital applications, including AI agents for lead handling and B2B e-commerce/ordering solutions. Proven results driving digital KPIs such as pipeline growth, quality lead generation, conversion, and return on investment. Heightened commercial acumen: able to drive and interpret digital P&L results and optimise performance for business outcomes. Skilled agency/partner manager and adept at rolling out global-to-local digital initiatives. Inquisitive, analytical, and persistent problem-solver—embraces data and experimentation as keys to success. Collaborative leader able to build trust and joint achievement across sales, product, and digital market teams. Exceptional attention to detail, reporting ability and process management.
