This is a senior, operational role with full accountability for stabilising AP operations, protecting supplier relationships, and ensuring continuity of service while the permanent team transitions to a new system environment.You will lead an established AP team, manage offshore resource, and take ownership of end to end payables performance across UK and international entities.Key Responsibilities Own end to end Accounts Payable operations from invoice receipt through to paymentLead and support the AP team through live system implementation and stabilisationManage offshore AP team ensuring performance, accuracy, and service levelsReview invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runsOversee supplier reconciliations and resolve escalated queriesMaintain strong control over aged payables and unallocated balancesOptimise workflows within Business Central and drive process improvementsEnhance supplier service levels during transition periodEnsure strong documentation, audit trail, and compliance with internal policiesPartner with Financial Control, Procurement, Supply Chain, and FP&ASupport audit requests relating to payables and working capitalIdentify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity of service Requirements - Global Senior Accounts Payable Lead Proven experience leading Accounts Payable teams in
