About the RoleThe TXM Group are looking for a Group Legal Counsel coordinator to join our legal team and support the business with all legal aspects. The role offers a great opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the business providing practical legal advice, managing risk and supporting business growth initiatives. You will play a key part in ensuring the Group’s legal governance and compliance frameworks compliant while providing day-to-day legal support across the business. What you’ll be doingReview, draft, and advise on a range of contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, property agreements, and client proposals.Act as a first point of contact for legal queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating as required.Support employment law matters and other HR-related legal issues across the Group.Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives, including due diligence and stakeholder coordination.Maintain and manage contracts, templates, and legal documentation.Identify legal risks and work with the General Counsel to implement mitigation strategies.Manage multiple projects efficiently, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with local legal advisors to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.About you Qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent legal qualification with strong commercial awareness.Proven experience in corporate/commercial law, contract management, and employment lawConfident working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters.Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Collaborative, proactive,
