  • Position Overview
  • As the Global HR Business Partner at EnerMech, you will serve as a key strategic partner to our leadership and management teams across the globe. Reporting to the SVP HR, and a part of the HRLT, your primary focus will be to align our human resources strategies with our business goals to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive working environment. This role requires a deep understanding of our business, strong consultative skills, and the ability to navigate complex workforce challenges.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues including organizational design, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Advise on best practices in recruitment, training, and development to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions in organizational shifts, minimizing disruptions.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects that enhance the employee experience and elevate organizational effectiveness.
  • Act strategically, working with the top leaders to analyze and implement strategies for HR improvements etc
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with 8+ years in HR functions and demonstrated exposure to global HR practices.
  • A solid understanding of business functions and a keen ability to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting HR metrics and data to inform strategy.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to manage organizational change effectively.
  • A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent is preferred.
