This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape global support strategy, drive automation, and oversee mission-critical environments within a fast-paced, performance-sensitive business. The Role You will lead a globally distributed organisation with regional leadership across APAC, EMEA, and North America, supporting a complex estate spanning platform applications and core Unix server environments. Working closely with specialist teams across Observability, Scheduling & Orchestration, Development Tooling, Compute, Storage, Linux Engineering, and DevOps, you will play a central role in ensuring the resilience and operational excellence of the firm’s trading infrastructure.
