  • Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of corporate events across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving and demand-generation events.
  • Lead planning and logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, transportation, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Manage event registration and attendance tracking, collaborating for accurate post-event reporting.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and appropriate reconciliations.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and recommend improvements for future programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and executional expertise to internal teams.
  • Collaborate on event audience strategies, including prioritize invite lists and follow-up actions.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, focusing on sales-oriented programs.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to align them with broader business marketing goals.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent programs with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who adapts to project changes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
