We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead Premium Deodorants platforms for Dove International – including Europe, Latam and Asia. This platform is crucial to our success, and we have ambitious growth plans to develop a sizeable and consumer centric innovation roadmap focus on elevating our skin care credentials. RESPONSIBILITIES The selected candidate will lead Premium Deodorants for Dove International. Major accountabilities are: Lead innovation projects for Premium Deos across regions - including refillable deodorants; new skin care technologies for underarms and beyond Develop world class consumer understanding and category insights to fuel breakthrough innovation ideas anchored in skinification Develop social first demand generation campaigns for premium portfolio projects Develop delightful and highly desirable mixes able to premiumise the brand Effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (CMI, R&D, Finance, SC) to ensure the OTIF delivery of projects  Work closely with regional business leaders to help identify, evaluate and execute projects ALL ABOUT YOU Candidates will need a keen understanding of the consumer across markets and their dynamics, as well as an intuition and passion for crafting and innovation. They will need leadership skills that allow them to create an environment of collaboration and partnership. In addition, they will require the following skills, competencies & qualities: Excellent brand development skills (i.e. brand positioning/equity, concept and mix development, project leadership) and have solid experience leading complex innovation projects. Consumer love – the ability to immerse themselves in the lives of our consumers and shoppers, understanding their pain points, needs, and desires, what delights them to craft the most relevant innovations and comms.  A passionate crafter, that doesn’t compromise in the delivery of superior, delightful mixes even in high pressure circumstances; able to mobilize teams to deliver to this vision. An eye for beauty, with a passion for using science and design to evoke desire. A healthy obsession with pleasing consumers and a fascination for the products we sell – the formulations, science, fragrance, sensorials, look and feel. You understand how our products compare to competitors and are committed to unmissable superiority. Highly intuitive with strong storytelling ability; you are able to spot issues & opportunities and know how to frame messages in a simple and compelling way. Strong Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and in managing stakeholders independently  Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management  Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action – an independent, self-starter who does not take things for granted and challenges the status quo when it gets in the way, applying critical thinking and creativity to problem-solving Passion for growth and high performance: putting great care and rigor into what we do, being accountable for, and taking pride in our work. Location  In June 2020 we announced our plan to consolidate a number of Unilever’s offices across the South East of England into a new Unilever campus in Kingston-upon-Thames in or around early 2025. However, on the 08 August 2024 we announced to our existing staff our proposal to retain our central Head Office in London, 100 Victoria Embankment (“100VE”) until our lease expires in 2027. As a result of this new proposal, we will be consulting with our existing staff, and new joiners who join during this period of consultation at 100VE, on the proposal made in August 2024. During consultation we will clarify the future location of each team and function. This means your role will either be based in 100VE until 2027 or in Kingston-Upon-Thames from early 2025. As we are yet to commence consultation on the proposal you agree, until such a time when consultation has concluded, your normal place of work as set out in the enclosed Statement of Terms & Conditions will be 100VE. You agree that on the conclusion of the consultation your place of work will be 100VE or 100VE until early 2025 and then Kingston-upon-Thames ("the locations") and you will be notified of which of the locations will be your place of work after that consultation ends.
