Project Overview: We are developing a Glide-based internal operations app for DBBA (Didsbury Black Belt Academy). The goal of Phase 1 is to build a clean, scalable Glide interface that manages: Leads Members Assessments Staff tasks Basic communications Simple workflows via Make.com The data is already structured in Google Sheets. A detailed UI blueprint, component map, and brand guide will be provided. This is a focused Phase 1 build — fast, clear, and execution-based. Strong performance will lead to future phases. 🟩 Scope of Work (Phase 1 — 7 days) 1. Navigation Setup Create clean, branded menu structure: Home dashboard Leads Members Assessments Staff Tasks Events (shell only) 2. Screen Builds Replicate the provided blueprint: List views Detail views Action buttons Inline edits where required Conditional visibility Glide form workflows 3. Data Connections Connect to structured Google Sheets Set up relations & computed fields Configure submission flows Trigger Make.com webhooks from Glide actions 4.
