Depending on seniority, you will Lead day-to-day workstreams on live mandates and marketing projectsDevelop, review and challenge complex financial models and valuation analysesPrepare and present client materials (information memoranda, presentations, pitch books)Coordinate due diligence and support negotiations with lenders, sponsors and other stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and advisorsMentor and develop junior team members Your profile 4–8+ years of experience in investment banking or a comparable advisory role (restructuring, leverage finance, special situations or related areas)Excellent analytical and technical skills; confident in building and reviewing complex Excel-based modelsStrong interest in financial restructuring, special situations and capital structure topicsAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environmentTeam player with high integrity, strong communication skills and an ownership mindsetFluent in German and English (both required)Strong academic track record in finance, economics, business, or a related field Kindly submit your CV along with relevant academic and professional references.
