About
We’re looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Customer Call & Support Specialist to join our team full-time. You will be the friendly voice of Speediance across the UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand—ensuring every customer feels supported before, during, and after their order. This role is primarily phone-based, with additional support on live web chat. You’ll guide customers through delivery expectations, answer their questions, check in after they receive their product, and collect valuable feedback for us. You will also provide demos for our product via Zoom calls - there is extra commission to be made for performance Working Hours Weekdays, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am CET (Central European Time) Key Responsibilities Call customers after they place an order to: • Confirm their purchase and explain the delivery process • Provide clear shipping and setup details • Answer questions and offer reassurance Call customers again post-delivery to: • Ensure they are satisfied with their order • Offer help with setup and first use • Collect feedback and escalate any issues Provide customer support via web chat for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general assistance. Maintain friendly, professional communication at all times—making every interaction feel personal and positive.
