• This would suit a hungry deputy manager looking for their next step up as equally as an existing GM or equivalent looking for a new challenge. There is huge potential to grow with the business as they do!

An overview of this hugely exciting new role

• Lead and motivate your team across FOH and coaching
• Offer best in show customer experience, always with the 'family first' mentality
• Drive commercial performance through court occupancy, cafe revenue and corporate/ partnership bookings and sponsorships
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and high standards

About you

• 1-3+ years’ leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues at HOD level or above
• A people-first leader who thrives on connection and team energy
• Someone who is hands-on and wanting to be in a customer facing/ roll your sleeves up environment working alongside the founders to achieve success
• A background in sports/ fitness is not a pre-requisite for this role but a passion for it is a must!
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
