As General Manager Asia, you will lead our international health insurance business across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director of Bupa Global, you will shape strategy, drive growth, and build strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and growth of Bupa’s international health insurance business in Asia (inc. India) Oversee existing commercial partnerships in Singapore, Hong Kong and the region. Identify and deliver new opportunities - grow Bupa brand & customer base Provide New Proposition Development requirements for International Private Medical Insurance customers Manage insurance distribution channels including digital, direct, intermediated and affinity partnerships Build strong relationships with local regulators Lead a hybrid senior management team, driving high engagement and performance Deliver strong Net Promoter Scores Be part of the Executive Leadership Team at Bupa Global What We’re Looking For Executive leader with a wealth of experience within Private Medical Insurance (PMI) International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) sector experience will be advantageous Ideally multi-lingual (e.g. fluency in Mandarin and English) Track record of building distribution channels both in key markets like Hong Kong and Singapore but an understanding of other markets across the region would also be helpful Skilled in managing partnerships, negotiations and regulatory relationships Excellent track record of delivering results and managing P&L Insurance regulatory knowledge for the geographical region A commercial and strategic leader with ability to build high-performing teams Customer-focused, inclusive and values-driven Ability to build and deliver against a growth orientated strategic plan Excellent people leadership and communication skills Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
