Are you an inspiring hotel leader with a passion for people, performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Cycas Hospitality is looking for a General Manager to lead the team at Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh, Haymarket.

As General Manager, you will report to the VP of Operations and act as the strategic business leader of the hotel. You’ll oversee daily operations across shared departments – Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance – working closely with the Operations Manager and Department Heads to deliver the brand promise, maximise revenue, and drive financial performance.

You will also be supported by our Cycas Cluster specialists in People & Culture, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Property Maintenance – giving you the resources to focus on what matters most: our people, our guests, and our results.



WHAT TO BRING:


At least 5 years’ progressive hotel leadership experience, with proven success as a General Manager or senior leader.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Commercially savvy – experienced in revenue management, ecommerce, and sales.
A people-focused leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong owner relationship management skills.
Experience leading change, managing complexity, and delivering results in challenging trading conditions.
Knowledge of Marriott systems and brand standards preferred.
Fluent in English (Dutch language skills are a plus).
