The Role

Randstad Education is seeking highly motivated General Cover Supply Teachers to work with a successful, inclusive comprehensive school in Coventry. This school's ethos centres around improving the life chances of all its young people and preparing them to be responsible adults.

You will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (and potentially Sixth Form). This involves stepping confidently into diverse classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons, and managing the learning environment effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Proven ability to deliver pre-set work across a broad range of subjects at KS3/4.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to uphold the school's 4Rs ethos.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
