The Role

Randstad Education is working with a supportive and high-achieving 11-16 academy to recruit dedicated General Cover Supply Teachers for daily and short-term cover needs.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the continuity of learning by:

• Effectively delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Maintaining a positive and focused learning environment for all students.
