We are a small UK business and need someone to provide occasional IT support for us. Typical tasks could be - Assisting with our email system (Microsoft 365 exchange) - Remotely installing or fixing software on our office PCs - Recommending backup systems - Assist with Zoho Workdrive - Help with spreadsheets - Fix router / internet issues Work would be occasional, as and when needed and generally there isn't too much, but when a problem does occur we'd need fairly prompt support.
