Julian Turner Garden Services is a professional garden maintenance company with a strong focus on plant health, horticultural knowledge, and high-quality garden care. We work closely with our clients to create and maintain beautiful, well-managed gardens.

We are currently looking for a Gardener to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys gardening.

The Role

You will be helping maintaining a portfolio of gardens to a high standard, with a strong emphasis on plant care and presentation. The role includes both hands-on gardening and managing work on site.

Key duties include:

• Managing gardens and supervising team members when required
• Planting and general horticultural maintenance
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• Weeding and bed maintenance
• Lawn care and grass cutting

What We’re Looking For

You should be a keen gardener with good basic knowledge. We give Full Training in horticultural with our on-site training program.

Skills and experience:

• Basic plant knowledge
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Punctual and reliable
• Self-motivated and organised
• Able to motivate and work well with others
• A genuine passion for plants and gardening
