Fund Operations play a key role in supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure, ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of critical investment related workflows. The role requires a hands-on approach and close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, third-party administrators, custodians, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Implementation •Review, interpret and implement detailed investment instructions from portfolio managers and stage within Bloomberg AIM OMS for affirmation and approval. •Review and authorise secondary verification of colleagues’ portfolio implementation trade proposals. •Coordinate with brokers, internal dealing team and service providers to ensure post-trade processing of transactions. •Monitoring and management of trades processed via DTCC CTM & ALERT. •Direct liaison with third party FX provider around execution and processing. Operational Oversight & Controls •Monitor and manage daily cash flows, overdrafts, and funding requirements. •Perform daily and periodic portfolio reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of breaks with administrators and custodians. •Oversight and processing of collateral, ensuring accurate reflection within portfolios, outsourced providers and counterparties. •Monitor and process corporate actions, ensuring accurate reflection in portfolios and communication with stakeholders. •Oversee and communicate proxy voting and support Portfolio Managers when processing. •Maintain and enhance operational controls and workflow documentation. •Assist with oversight of custodians, administrators, and other key service providers. Data, Systems & Technology •Support the maintenance and daily operation of OMS and PMA systems (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Eze PMA). •Ensure the integrity of reference data, security setup, and static data across systems
