Your new roleAs a Discovery SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with complex needs.Assist with personal care and daily routines, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.Support learners in developing communication, social interaction, and independence skills.Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning activities.Help create a positive, structured, and inclusive environment.
