Full-Time Premium Graphic Designer (Brochures, Digital Media & Figmas) We are seeking a full-time expert graphic designer to join our team. This is not a role for beginners, Canva templates, or mediocre design work. We’re looking for a killer premium content designer who can deliver bespoke, commercial-quality visuals that elevate our brand. What We’re Looking For: High-level design expertise – brochures, presentations, product labels digital media, Figma prototypes, and more. Custom, professional content – not off-the-shelf or generic designs. Speed + reliability – ability to handle multiple projects with fast turnaround. Full creative ownership – from copywriting and competitor research to custom graphics and image editing. Strategic thinking – able to present justified strategies, brand-aligned plans, and creative approaches that stand out in the market. Responsibilities: Create brochures, digital media assets, and other promotional materials. Build and refine Figma mockups for product and campaign designs. Develop content that is fully tailored to our products and brand identity. Conduct competitor analysis to guide design direction. Manage both creative design and copywriting as part of the content creation process. Requirements: Proven track record in commercial-grade design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other professional tools. Strong copywriting skills and ability to pair visuals with compelling text. Ability to produce bespoke, high-impact creative work consistently. Fast, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Compensation & Growth: Monthly salary: $350-$500+ (depending on experience, skill, and value delivered).
