We're looking for a full-time systematic Meta Ads specialist who can build a creative engine that consistently hits ROAS targets and scales profitably. This role is for a data-driven marketer who can own our entire Meta ads system—from scripting to scaling—and deliver measurable results. You'll receive clear targets (ROAS, budget, CPA) and build a system that delivers these metrics consistently through systematic testing and optimisation. Who this role is NOT for This is not a role for someone who treats Meta ads as creative experimentation or relies on trends and guesswork. Do not apply if: - You can't explain the relationship between CTR, CPM, and ROAS - You've only managed small budgets (under £5k/month) without proven scaling ability - You think creative testing is about "trying different things and seeing what sticks" - You need constant supervision or can't work independently with targets Who it's for You’ll thrive here if: - You understand the logical flow of selling – how to build attention, interest, desire, and action in a short-form video - You build systematic workflows (for example: 5 hooks x 3 lengths x 2 formats = 30 test variations) - You can write high-converting scripts using AIDA, PAS, and other direct-response frameworks - You analyse every metric (CTR, CPM, CPC, AOV) and know exactly why ads win or fail - You are excited to learn, grow, and eventually lead a team as the company scales 80%+ year on year What You’ll Do Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for: - Strategic Ad Creative System – Build a machine delivering 5–10 weekly ad creatives tailored to different customer pain points and awareness levels, systematically testing hooks, lengths, angles, and copy to maintain minimum ROAS while scaling profitably - End-to-End Script Development – Write data-backed scripts using proven frameworks, and develop creative briefs for creators to execute - Creator Management – Coordinate creators in the US and Australia with precise briefs, manage production timelines, quality control all content, and build repeatable templates for consistent output - Performance Scaling Framework – Launch structured tests with statistical significance, scale winners systematically, kill losers fast, and document winning patterns - Data Analysis & Optimisation – Monitor daily performance metrics, conduct weekly creative refreshes to combat fatigue, deliver monthly reports with actionable insights, and continuously refine the formula - Budget & ROAS Management – Take full ownership of scaling profitably, maintaining target ROAS while increasing spend, and building predictable growth models What We’re Looking For - 2+ years scaling Meta ads for DTC eCommerce brands - Proven track record of managing £10k+/month profitably - Expert-level understanding of Meta Ads Manager and creative testing methodologies - Strong copywriting skills with direct-response marketing principles - Advanced analytical ability to interpret data and make systematic improvements - Experience managing remote creators and production workflows Details - Full-time remote role based in the UK - Remuneration: £45,000–£60,000 per year (may vary based on experience) - Commitment: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm UK time Why Join Crafti? - Work on Products That Sell Themselves – Our wellness and lifestyle products are genuinely exciting to market.
