  • In just 3 years, we’ve grown from 0 to 150,000+ customers, and influencer marketing is one of our most important growth channels going forward. Now, we’re looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and scale it to the next level.
  • Tasks
  • As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the influencer channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization.
  • ✅ Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify’s growth goals
  • ✅ Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • ✅ Build and scale programs using impact. com, LTK, ShopMy, etc.
  • ✅ Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners
  • ✅ Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting
  • ✅ Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams
  • ✅ Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
  • ✅ Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends
  • ✅ Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships
  • Requirements
  • ✔️ Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands
  • ✔️ Hands-on experience with impact. com, LTK, and/or ShopMy
  • ✔️ Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably
  • ✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • ✔️ Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
  • ✔️ Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns
  • ✔️ Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
