What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, efficient, and expert support
• You will be dealing with customers financial transactions and opening savings accounts on behalf of the Building Society that we look after.
• Help clients navigate their financial journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Work closely with our advisers and internal teams to ensure a seamless, personal customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards with care and precision
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey and go above and beyond expectations

What We're Looking For:
