We’re developing an AI-powered healthcare web and mobile app that needs to meet real clinical and compliance standards. We’re looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer (React + NestJS) to take a tech-lead role someone who can help us design the architecture, build the MVP, and ensure the app is built with security, scalability, and regulatory compliance in mind. You need to have strong evidence of the experience with the following technologies. You will help us build an app that: -- Extracts & displays lab test results via OCR -- Highlights abnormal values and shows reference ranges -- Connects with GPT-based engine for interpreting results -- Allows exporting results into PDF reports -- Ensures data privacy & security (GDPR/HIPAA aligned) Key features need to develop: • Frontend (React + Vite + Tailwind): • Display medical data in a clean, intuitive interface • Integrate editable tables & visualizations (e.g. Chart.js) • Implement PDF export functionality • Backend (NestJS + OpenAI API + LangChain): • Process and validate OCR results • Implement GPT-based analysis module for blood markers • Build secure endpoints and proper error handling • Bonus (but not required): • Experience with FHIR / HL7 or healthcare APIs • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies • Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, DTAC) Our desire tech stack (but we open for suggestions): - React.js + TypeScript + Tailwind + Vite - NestJS + TypeScript - tesseract.js (OCR) - LangChain + OpenAI API - Chart.js for visualization - PDF generation libraries (pdf-lib or similar) - CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines) This is not just an implementation gig.
