We’re a boutique recruitment company partnered with some of the most exciting AI and emerging tech firms across the US and Europe helping them hire world-class talent across engineering and go-to-market roles. We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter / sourcer who can manage the complete search process from finding great candidates to engaging, qualifying, and selling opportunities. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent, conducting screening calls, and driving multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp/text). The ideal person is sharp, organized, and confident speaking with candidates across the US and Europe. Responsibilities include: • Building and executing Boolean searches on LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator • Writing and sending email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns (via tools like Lemlist or Apollo) • Conducting phone and video calls to qualify candidates’ experience, motivation, and salary expectations • Managing text and WhatsApp follow-ups to improve response rates • Keeping pipelines and reports organized in our CRM • Representing opportunities clearly and professionally Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency) • Proven ability to run Boolean searches and identify strong technical or GTM talent • Strong spoken and written English communication skills • Experience and Confident conducting phone or video screening calls with senior candidates • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment You’ll work directly with the Founder and be part of a small, fast-moving team that partners with leading AI companies.
