- -Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm -Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment -Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them -Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards -Partner with internal FSS stakeholders to ensure compliance with outsourcing requirements, including understanding and validating changes (e.g.: resulting from deployments). -Develop SME knowledge to ultimately perform an internal advisory role regarding compliance requirements. -Ensure timely communication of updates, including changes to cost allocations for US Banks and providing training across FSS as required. -Design and implement a Comprehensive Dashboard that enables FSS management to monitor gaps, track ongoing projects, and assess overall compliance and performance. -Work with the broader governance team to ensure consistency across reporting of KPI/KRIs. -Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment -Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members -Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks -Strong organisational / project management skills, with experience of innovation and process improvement. -Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals either as an individual or as part of a team. -Experience of interpreting, summarising and presenting results in a meaningful format. -Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to engage with colleagues of all levels. -At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role LI-hybrid #LI-DM1 We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years.
