We need support to bring system to launch state. This is a role based job, not a task based one. Our system are near ready and we need the following actions completed to satisfy our assurance needs for launch readiness; 1. Implementation of Possible Gaps (10%) - Close all listed gaps, NOT anything and everything. 2. Implement Security & IP Protection (25%) - Deploy best security & web development practices, to safeguard our platforms IP. 3. Produce NEW Version (35%) - Creating a NEW version of our existing system for separate commercial purposes, including setting up a control centres to manage all license of the system. 4. Provide Assurance (5%) - Complete final checks, and produce a formal sign off document confirming post testing status. 5. Deployment (25%) - Once completed, deploy updates to the live and separate staging environment to test implementation. PS - Percentage split of job attached next to each role to perform!
