Your Mission
- As a Front Office Team Member, you’re not just working at the desk — you’re creating first impressions. You’ll play a key role in delivering warm welcomes, smooth stays, and genuine guest connections.
- You’ll be approachable, proactive, and service-driven, contributing to a positive, supportive, and fun team culture.
What the Role Looks Like
- Guest Journey & Experience
- • Deliver excellent service throughout the guest journey — from pre-arrival to post-checkout.
- • Support daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- • Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.
- • Use guest feedback positively to improve service and enhance the guest experience.
- • Promote the ALL Loyalty Programme and identify opportunities to upsell services.
- Teamwork & Professionalism
- • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- • Lead by example through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- • Follow brand standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
- • Take part in training opportunities and actively contribute to personal development.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience with Opera PMs or similar, preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in using financial software and hotel management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with little supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues or complicated guests.
