Burger Boyz are expanding to Cardiff and we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic & dependable front of house staff members to join our team. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet and deliver outstanding customer service at all times. Our team need to be passionate about our food and have a positive attitude.

This role is for a part time position, with a starting hourly rate of £7.55-£12.21 dependant on candidates age.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the bar and restaurant for service ensuring that our customers find it clean and organised at all times.

• Taking orders, handling cash, issuing change and using the till.

• Answering calls to deal with enquiries and table bookings.

• Preparing drinks & desserts

• Running food & drinks to tables

• Ensuring cleanliness and good organisation in the bar and restaurant area

• Assisting the manager with any additional duties

Ideal candidate requirements:

• Experience in front of house or retail.

• Pride in the quality of work and service provided.

• Able to meet all scheduling commitments

• Friendly, outgoing and confident personality is essential for this role.
