Front of House Supervisor.

Our tight-knit and vibrant team is looking for a suitable shift supervisor to fit right in. Our cafe is situated in one of Sheffield's iconic buildings in one of the city's favourite parks and, as such, we experience fast-paced and hard-working weekends.

We are looking for someone with experience in front of house hospitality and specifically in a supervisory position. Good knowledge of coffee is essential as are lightening fast hands.

The supervisor will report directly to the cafe manager and the business owner and will ensure a smooth running shift. It is important that you demonstrate the ability to show initiative and have good organisational skills. Good communication and people skills are also essential as delegation is a key part of the job.

This is a full-time, permanent position. We operate between the hours of 8am to 6pm 7 days a week, so full flexibility is essential.

Pay rate negotiable based on prior experience
