We want to work with people who want to work with us. If you've got the skills and experience, that's super. If you don't and you're the right person then we'll help you develop. All teams are put through our Learning & Development programme which includes quarterly 1:1 reviews and our "EDS Homegrown" for developing leaders at EATDRINKSLEEP.

We all take a split of the tronc pool (tips) pro rata to hours worked, regardless of department. All of our team can make the most of a 25% discount on eating, drinking and sleeping at each of our inns. We feed our teams while on duty.

Start date: ASAP

Pay: up to £12.25 per hour- dependant on experience, share of tronc

Hours: 4-5 days per week (with 2 consecutive days off and an avoidance of split shifts), to include evenings and weekends

• Experience within a fast-paced hospitality setting an advantage
