This is everything from onboarding new students, to regular check ins on their progress, ensuring they are receiving our services, dealing with any complaints (rare), etc. You will develop a close relationship with our students in this manner, and also work closely with our other team members to ensure our students leave happy and even want to continue working with us further. Everyone is friendly and superb at their roles! You will work closely with the founders. And as we are a small team, we're looking for A* and proactive team members who although don't really need experience, is willing to learn and voice out new ideas in line with the company goals. Your opinions would actually matter and you may actually see things to fruition and make an actual impact within the company! Requirements 1. FULL-TIME, including weekends, with weekdays off. Either 9h/day for 5 days/week or 8h/day for 6 days/week (salary will differ) 2. Awesome English speaking skills, NO accent 3. Good wifi, background (not noisy) 4. Be available to hop on a video/voice call with students/parents where required in terms of customer success 5.
