We are working with a leading global travel and hospitality group to recruit an Indirect Sales & Meetings & Events (M&E) Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of trade and MICE sales strategy, manage a talented team, and contribute directly to the company’s ambitious growth across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.Your responsibilities will include: Lead and develop a team of 8 sales professionals across trade and MICE channels.Drive revenue and market growth through indirect sales (travel agencies, consortia, OTAs) and M&E partners.Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and performance objectives.Build strong long-term relationships with trade and MICE partners, negotiating commercials and ensuring profitable agreements.Oversee MICE sales and event production, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.Collaborate closely with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve business goals. About you: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).Minimum 7 years’ experience in trade/MICE sales, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of e-distribution channels, OTAs, and digital integration tools.Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
