With offices across the UK, China and Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where your contribution truly makes a difference.This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be at the heart of coordinating international and domestic shipments, working closely with colleagues, partners, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role supporting X-Trade and Multimodal operations, including:Managing X-Trade shipments across international and domestic routesSupporting Sea Export and Sea X-Trade operationsLiaising with overseas offices, suppliers, and customs brokersCoordinating with warehouses and transport partners to ensure timely deliveriesHandling Bills of Lading and shipment documentationSupporting customs processes including import entries where applicableWorking with internal teams to ensure cargo is released efficientlyWhat we’re looking forWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Experience in multimodal, sea freight, or freight forwarding operationsKnowledge of import customs entries (advantageous but not essential)Bill of Lading experienceA professional and confident communication styleStrong customer service skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics systemsMost importantly, you’ll be organised, proactive, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.What you’ll get in returnWe believ
