We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a strong and dynamic team.You will be responsible for the daily operations of some of our key clients, making sure that their goods are delivered quickly and cost effectively via our wide network of services and partners.Duties and Responsibilities:Day to day operations of Roadfreight Accounts Be the main point of contact for some of our key clientsDevelop relationships with key stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of the client’srequirementsUsing your knowledge and expertise to best manage shipment flows and find solutions for the clientDaily handling of shipments / quotes / queries Customer Service We are all about our customers. You will need to understand their individual requirements and build strong and lasting relationships with them.Prompt responses and excellent service levels are expected. You will strive to meet these expectations every day.You will input relevant information into our internal system and follow our procedures.
