Freelance Book Club Host

We’re looking for a passionate and engaging Book Club Host to run public and corporate book club events. If you love books, enjoy connecting with people, and have a flair for hosting, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role:

• Lead book club events for groups of 10–40 people.
• Events include: 30-minute set-up, 1.5-hour discussion, and 10-minute clear down.
• Host both public and corporate events, requiring occasional travel to different venues.

• Genuine love of books and interest in reading.
• Confident public speaking and ability to host engaging discussions.
• Organised, punctual, and reliable.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in different venues and with varying group sizes.
• Friendly, approachable, and calm, creating a welcoming environment for all attendees.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.

Details:

• Pay: £15 per hour
• Contract type: Freelance, per event
• Location: Various venues (travel required)
• Travel expenses paid

Note:
