We are seeking an experienced Frappe/ERPNext developer to develop a modern job portal called Job Arena, based on my completed Figma UI design and system architecture diagram. The platform will connect job seekers and employers with a clean, responsive interface. Applicants should be able to register, create profiles, upload resumes, search and filter jobs, apply online, and track the status of their applications. Employers must be able to register their companies, post jobs, manage listings, review applicants, shortlist candidates, and update the hiring status of candidates. Administrators will control the entire system through a backend panel where they can manage users, job posts, categories, content, notifications, SEO settings, and website configuration. The system should include AI-powered tools such as job match scoring, resume optimisation, auto-generated cover letters and job descriptions, candidate ranking, resume parsing, and smart job alerts. All pages from the Figma design (Homepage, Job Listings, Job Details, Dashboards, Profiles, etc.) must be fully implemented. Deliverables include a complete Frappe app, integrated front-end, documentation, and production deployment. Only apply if you have proven experience with Frappe.
