We've got a growing business, a great team, and lots of long-term happy clients with case studies that actually mean something. Now we need a fractional expert who can build, execute, and own a predictable client acquisition engine so we can scale this thing properly. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 • Build the System: Create our entire lead generation operation from scratch. Content, outbound, partnerships - whatever channels work for getting quality leads. • Own the Pipeline: Your job is to consistently deliver 10–20 qualified leads per month. How you do it is up to you. • Use What We've Got: We have real case studies, genuine client testimonials, and a CEO who knows how to close. Your job is getting this in front of the right people. • Track Everything: Measure what works, kill what doesn't. Report the real numbers weekly: leads, conversion rates, cost per acquisition. • Work with the Founder: Partner with someone who's proven they can close deals. Collaborate on strategy using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead (budget provided). You generate, we close together. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲 • You've built lead generation systems before, with 3–5+ years as a fractional consultant in agencies or SaaS/services, ideally for agencies or service businesses. • You can show us actual results from past gigs, not just what you "managed" but what you built and the numbers it delivered (e.g., "Grew pipeline 3x via LinkedIn outbound for 2 SMB clients"). • You understand how agencies work: longer sales cycles, relationship-based selling, communicating value to business owners who've been burned before. • You're comfortable with multiple channels: content marketing, cold outreach, partnerships, paid ads—you know what works and what's a waste of time. • You live in the data: CAC, LTV, channel performance—you use numbers to make decisions, not hunches. • You get our clients: SMB owners who want straight talk and real results, not corporate jargon and empty promises. • Bonus: You're fractional by choice - great at juggling clients, hitting milestones, and ghosting what doesn't scale. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 • 20–30 hours/week retainer, plus 10-15% performance bonus (uncapped) on new client revenue you bring in. Just results and quick experiments. • Direct Access: You'll work directly with the CEO.
