The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

  • An opportunity for a FP&A Manager to join our London team, supporting the VP of Finance in a commercial-focused finance role to help drive performance and growth within the Content Group.

An independent mini-studio within the infrastructure of NBCUniversal. It’s multiplatform sales & distribution footprint includes theatrical, physical, digital (SVOD & Transactional), TV (Free & Pay) as well as consumer products. The business uniquely focuses on managing talents, partnerships, brands and titles across all rights and across their full lifecycle.   • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • •Deal Evaluations: Partner with Content Strategy and Content teams to assess title financials at greenlight stage, ensuring robust financial modelling and profitability analysis.
  • •P&L Management: Drive the monthly forecasting and quarterly close processes, delivering accurate and timely financial submissions to HQ and senior stakeholders.
  • •Title Performance Analysis: Manage the monitoring and evaluation of title Ultimates and performance across genres and distribution windows, providing actionable insights to inform future acquisition and strategy.
  • •Revenue Reporting: Manage sub-license revenue tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate accounting treatment in collaboration with Royalties and Finance teams.
  • •Executive Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution, marketing, and operational teams to align financial planning with business strategy and market dynamics.
  • •Projects & Systems: Support business change initiatives, including the upcoming SAP implementation (Go-Live 2026), and other systems/process improvements.
  • •Compliance & Controls: Partner with the Controllership team to ensure adherence to corporate policies and accounting standards.
  • •Stakeholder Management: Act as a key finance point of contact across UPCG, liaising with HQ Finance in LA and Japan Opco Finance to support reporting and forecasting needs.
  • •People Management: Manage and support direct reports, overseeing performance, development, and team collaboration.
  • •Ad Hoc Projects: Support long-range planning, strategic initiatives, and various reporting requests as needed.
